HighPoint Apartments CTS By-laws have been updated and registered. Please view them via your StrataMax account [New MS dealing]. Some particular updates of interest may be around short term accommodation (section 7). alterations to lots (section 24) and keeping of animals (section 30).

Community Management Statement _ By Laws

All body corporates in Qld are regulated by the BCCM Act and must have a Community Management Statement (CMS). The CMS is a crucial document that sets out the rules for living in that particular scheme. A CMS also assists to minimise disputes if they arise.

CMS, By-laws for HighPoint

Owners of units in HighPoint Apartments Townsville are able to access High Point Apartments Community Titles Scheme 31353 Community Management Statement 31353 through the StrataMax Portal (owner login required).

Renters should be made aware of the CMS upon signing a lease in the HighPoint complex.

The Body Corporate Committee are in the process of reviewing, revising and possibly refreshing the by laws.
