𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨

Our Cairns team member Dave Roulette recently joined the Partnership team after starting with BM as a Survey Assistant back in 2015.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: Registered Surveyor with Cadastral endorsement
𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭: Kennedy Energy Park - my first exposure to large-scale construction projects and an opportunity to learn fast!
𝐅𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠: Getting to drive around Cairns and Far North Queensland knowing I've been able to contribute to its future.
In my Cadastral Surveying work, I enjoy following in the footsteps of past surveyors and doing my bit to maintain the property framework.
𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐁𝐌 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫: I'm proud to be part of the leadership team and help shape the future of our company. It's an investment in BM, but also an investment in myself. As one of the Directors said to me - it feels very different coming to work as an owner!

As a locally owned business, we're proud to support the next generation of Northern Australia leaders and have a partnership team made up of local expertise and a passion for our community.

With our amazing FNQ region is growing, this project puts water security front and centre, delivering:
💧 A new drinking water supply source

Connectivity is key.
Our Senior Town Planner Stephen Motti outlined his vision for a thriving, interconnected city centre in Townsville. The 2032 Olympics is an opportunity to invest in the future of North Queensland. Not just for visitors, but for locals living, working, and raising a family.
We have world-class assets - from the Strand to the Stadium. Bringing these together into a connected network can leave a legacy that continues to revitalise our city long after 2032.

Thank you to the Townsville Bulletin for this discussion as part of the Future Townsville series. You can read the article at https://lnkd.in/gXDNv9nG

Veteran town planner Stephen Motti has urged Townsville to use the 2032 Olympics as a catalyst to build resident-first infrastructure rather than short-term tourist-focused projects. 🌇🛣️ Read about his vision. ➡️ https://bit.ly/441VVli

We're proud to enter a new era at Brazier Motti as we welcome a group of shareholders to our business in Townsville. They bring a wealth of local experience across the town planning, surveying, and other disciplines. Their strong understanding of our region and our clients' needs will ensure we continue to support the growth of North Queensland Northern Australia into the future.

Brazier Motti has a long history in North Queensland and we're pleased to see that continue as we support our next generation of local leaders.

Everything is built on the back of a Survey.
It's 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗿'𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 - a chance to celebrate our fantastic BM Surveyors and to acknowledge the importance our profession!

Land Surveying is an essential part of every community and every project. Before designs can be drawn up or the first sod turned, the survey maps out the foundation. Surveying is also the key to property ownership and defining the boundaries that communities grow around. For such an important element of a project, accuracy is critical.

Our experienced Survey team has been helping map Northern Australia for more than 70 years.
Happy Global Surveyors' Day!
