As we have suddenly started receiving a lot of overnight or week end accommodation enquiries, to avoid any further confusion, we thought it timely to advise that Riverview Apartments 111-127 Bowen Road, Rosslea, does not offer Air BNB or overnight accommodation.
This is a gated residential complex for owners and long term rentals.

Our pool will be open on this Saturday (16 May).

Please register and get approval for your parties in advance. Gatherings of up to 10 people.

Frequently touched surfaces cleaning

Currently gate handles, gate buttons, fob readers, pool locks, handrails, light swithes in common areas are cleaned and sanitised everyday. Please clean your own door handles regularly.

We have been advised by several tradies that their employees are required to conduct more strict precautions to protect customers and themselves. They will

communicate with tenants/owners to confirm the health status before entry;
pre and post hand sanitising;
wear PPE when appropriate.

please continue to practice social distancing whilst in the common areas of Riverview - stay 1.5 meters away from anyone you meet (unless they are the people you live with).

Moving your cars

Work on the driveway outside F Block will commence on Thursday afternoon. There will be no access to the carports from unit 47 down to unit 64, for four days - both sides of the driveway.

Please ensure cars are moved out before lunchtime Thursday. You will be able to drive on the new road surface next Monday.
