The house has a beautiful big backyard, where you can enjoy some shade all day long and a great sunset in the evening.
Close to James Cook University, the Hospital, the army barracks and Willows shopping centre, this house is in the perfect position. Ross River and the Riverview Tavern are also just a few minutes walk away.
The spacious rooms are fully furnished with all that you will need.
You will have a shared ensuite bathroom which connects the two rooms.
The rooms have an air-conditioner, fan and a very large built-in wardrobe which is fully mirrored.
Electricity, water and NBN Wifi (unlimited) are included in the rent.
There are 3 large fridge/freezers in the house and a washing machine and dryer.
Parking is available in the garage or in front of the house.

How to apply:
Please make contact through email or by phone. 2 weeks rent advance and bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent is required to secure a room.
Forms R18 (rooming accommodation agreement) and R2 (Bond lodgement)need to be filled out. House rules form needs to be signed and upon arrival a condition report of the room needs to be done. the condition report notes any damages of the room preventing the new occupier receiving responsibility for the damages previously occured.
All room must be leased for 1 year contract.from the beginning of a semester to the beginning of another semester, e.g. 1/01/2018 January 1/01.2019.
