Leasing Absorption turns negative in September 2020

Explore Property Townsville has released the monthly CRE Leasing report for September 2020. Net Leasing Absorption was -2,158 square metres in September 2020.

September 2020 saw leasing totalling 9,441 square metres completed.

Secondly, only 80 square metres of space was withdrawn from the market.
