Property management isn't just about collecting and receipting rent. It is SO much more than that!

- Coordinating maintenance
- Ensuring rent is paid on time and not in arrears
- Conducting routine inspections, driving to each house, taking photos, doing reports and then sending to owners
- Chasing trades every day to ensure maintenance is completed in a timely manner
- Problem solving and going through every possible scenario before actioning a trade in hopes that they can fix the issue that could be a number of things
- Showing prospective tenants through houses
- Processing applications
- Meeting with new clients
- Onboarding new tenants
- Responding to every email by the end of each day so no one is left without a response even if that is at 10pm
- Walking around with head phones in chatting to ourselves (sometimes we end up in odd places) 😂
- Having 3 coffees before 10am 🤪

We are so committed to ensuring our landlords and tenants are looked after and serviced well. It isn't just about receipting rent.
