The RBA has officially kept the cash rate on hold at 4.35% following three increases earlier this year.

While there’s still some uncertainty around where rates go from here, today’s decision gives buyers, sellers and investors a little more breathing room, and hopefully some renewed confidence heading into the months ahead. 🤞

Here in Townsville, we’re continuing to see strong interest across the market, and stability around rates is certainly welcome news for anyone considering their next property move.
