Some families are just an absolute pleasure to work with from the very beginning, and the Duncan family has certainly been one of them 💚 I’m so happy to see them reach this moment and begin the exciting next chapter of building their family home at Mount Margaret.

I’ll admit, this one was a little emotional for me 🥹💚

After working with the lovely Rosser family for more than four years, seeing them finally standing on their block was pretty special. The kids were SO excited, and this whole family is just incredibly kind.

In Matt’s words:

Dean Hobson - Lifestyle Property Townsville and I popped in for a catch up with Nathan and a tour of their very cool workspace! Such a great company to deal with and always a pleasure catching up.

And obviously we had to shoot a few hoops while we were there 😂

Hi everyone! Just a little update because I’ve had quite a few messages lately from people worried they may have missed a land release after seeing all of our happy buyer photos. I promise, you haven’t missed anything! 😊

In almost two years we’ve had just ONE land release - Stage 12, with only 31 blocks. The families you’re seeing now are those Stage 12 buyers, many of whom have been patiently waiting over a year to finally settle on their land.

We are still working incredibly hard behind the scenes towards the Stage 13 release and will share more as soon as we can.

Our waitlist has grown A LOT over this time and is bigger than we’ve ever had (over 800 people), so please keep in mind there will only be a limited number of blocks when the next release does come.
