Position Overview:
As a Property Manager at APG, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in property management, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Handle tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and repairs are handled promptly.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, including tracking expenses and income.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
- Property Management Certification
