Home construction is officially underway at Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Beaches, our Townsville community, with the first home slabs now poured.🏡

Neil and Therese Forrest, among the community's first homeowners, were there to witness the moment alongside Lincoln Place CEO Paul Yeo.

Relocating from Far North Queensland to be closer to family, including their seven grandchildren, Neil and Therese were drawn to Northern Beaches for its gated setting, quality amenities and warm community feel.

Local builder Glenn sexton pty ltd is now underway on the first 31 homes, part of a $200 million community within the Sanctum masterplan, with a resort-style pool, gym, bowling green, pickleball courts and clubhouse to come.
