At Enrich Realty Gippsland, we're looking for our next Property Management Administrator.
While this role will be front-of-house and administrative in nature, we're really looking for someone who sees a future in Property Management and wants to build a long-term career within that side of the industry.
Property Management is about bringing order to chaos. There is a real sense of satisfaction that comes from having everything up to date, every task accounted for, and knowing your processes are running like clockwork. It can be challenging at times, but for the right person, it is an incredibly rewarding career.
Experience is great, but attitude and character are everything.
We're looking for someone who:

A Certificate in Real Estate or previous real estate experience is preferred, but not essential. What is essential is a willingness to learn, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to grow.
