🚧 Stages 6 & 7: 50% complete.
🚧 Stage 8: 80% complete.
🚧 Stage 9: 65% complete.

Currently, titles are expected for Stages 4, 5, 8 and 9 in November 2024 whilst titles for Stages 6 and 7 are expected to issue February 2025.

🚧 Did you see our January construction update video?

Construction is progressing well in Stages 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Bulk earthworks were completed in Q4 2023 allowing us to move onto sewer and drainage infrastructure installation.

Stage 4: Sewer works are finished and drainage is at 70% completion.
Stage 5: Sewer works stand at 85% completion, with drainage underway at 10%.
Stages 6 & 7: Sewer works are nearing completion at 90%, and drainage works are set to commence this quarter.
Stage 8: Sewer works are complete, and drainage works are nearing completion at 85%.

Following the completion of these works in each stage, road construction will get underway.

Currently, titles are expected for Stages 4, 5 and 8 in November 2024 whilst titles for Stages 6 and 7 are expected to issue February 2025.
