This purchase was a very special one for Kristy, we have come full circle. Kristy and I went to mothers group together when our nearly 16yo’s were babies, she was also my very last Real Estate client before I became a broker, I sold her family home and now over 8 years later I have been able to help her with her mortgage for her new purchase.

It’s the week of exchanges 🏠

Congratulations to my gorgeous clients Shannon & Darrin on the purchase of their dream unit 🥳

This one did not go off without a hitch due to a low valuation at the bank we had pre approval with 😬but luckily for them they used a broker, so a new lender was found straight away, application submitted and approved well within their cool off period.
