West Gosford has also been a great area Karen has achieved some good long term and reliable tenants along with sales and purchases both by Auction and Private Treaty.

Recently achieving a great result on the Peninsula with a vacant shop being taken to Auction achieving a very good result for that area.

Karen has resided on the Central Coast her entire life and began in her Real Estate career in 1999 where with her strong communication and negotiation skills, she deals with all clientele on a personal level showing courtesy and professionalism at all times.

Karen has become very good friends with some of her clients and she is the only one those choose to deal with.

Karen is a mother of 2 successful children also receiving academic awards on many occasions and has a big involvement in her children’s local sporting community where she has also been praised for her efforts.

With a background at a young age in Retail (customer service) and being Branch Manager for the Greater Bank and a good lending background Karen has the knowledge and understanding of people purchasing their first Investment property or selling.

Although the market has changed dramatically with Self Managed Super Funds (SMSF’s) now thrown into the mix, Karen leaves this up to the professionals in that industry but still has knowledge of this when dealing with a lot of transactions in this new era of Investing and has good contacts that new purchasers can reach out to.

Previously, Karen was in Residential Real Estate at LJHooker Erina, then going onto owning her own Franchise office at LJHooker Umina Beach with her previous employers. They sold this business just before Karen’s 2nd child was due to be born in 2007.

Since entering the Commercial Real estate sector Karen has become a member of the LJHooker Prestigious Captains club recognising the Elite Performers in our Industry for 3 years in a row with this year ready to crack another milestone.
