Banana hu***ng is when a bunch of bananas gets lowered onto a guy's shoulder, carried out of the paddock, loaded onto a trailer and taken back to the shed to be graded and packed into boxes.

Basically… nature’s version of a gym workout. 💪🍌

And our humpers? They LOVE the graft. 💪😂
