If i ever needed a reminder of why i have dedicated over 20 years to real estate, this is it right here! A memory popped up of a year ago so I sent it to our vendor with a message "Hope you are well" and this is the photo I received in response. They are on their dream family holiday in Hawaii that was made possible because of the sale. So maybe I'm not a real estate agent after all but a Wish Fairy! We do make dreams come true! It makes all the long hours and stress so worth it.

We will never know just how special a person is until we take the time to get to know them, have a conversation and truly connect with them.
I was speaking with one of my vendors, who lives interstate, who advised me that she would be hard to communicate with for about 16 days. Naturally I thought she was taking a well deserved break - well I couldn't have been more wrong. She was about to start walking alongside a 12 year old boy for 500kms to raise money to get pediatricians to visit their rural township. Dusty certainly has a bright future ahead! If you can spare a couple of Dollars for Dusty that would be amazing. Together we really can make a difference.

🏡 SOLD IN WHYALLA!

Another fantastic result for our vendors! 🎯

This Whyalla property attracted plenty of interest and multiple offers and we now have buyers who missed out and are still looking.

🏠 Do you have a property in Whyalla you’ve been thinking about selling?

We currently have buyers actively searching in the $300,000–$350,000 price range, so now could be a great time to see what your property could achieve.

And remember, Robin Hood Real Estate isn’t just local to one area. We sell property right across South Australia country, coastal, regional and city and we’re achieving great results for our vendors.

Thinking of selling? Have a chat with Melanie.

📍 COWELL — CAN YOU HELP US FIND A SPOT?

Robin Hood Real Estate would love to donate a Community Notice Board for Cowell’s Main Street — we just need to find the right home for it! 🌿

We’re looking for a local business, property owner or community-minded person who may have:

🏠 An exterior wall along Main Street
🌳 A suitable fence
📌 Or a clear space where a freestanding notice board could be installed

The idea is to create a board that’s accessible to everyone, at any time no needing to wait for a business to be open.

Alongside a small section showcasing Robin Hood Real Estate’s current local market, the board would be available for the community to share things like local events, fundraisers, sporting club news, community notices, lost & found, services and other useful information.

Robin Hood Real Estate will donate the notice board we just need somewhere to put it!

If you have a suitable spot on Main Street, or know someone who might, please send us a message. 💚

And please feel free to tag or share this with someone who may be able to help us find the perfect location.

The world has lost an incredible woman today. Such a generous soul from humble beginnings. She had so many hit songs but I am sharing my favourite....like she said "one is only poor only if they choose to be..."
