It’s been a little while since our last update — we simply haven’t had much time to post, with the business keeping us extremely busy over the past four weeks!

After another busy week and as we start to head to the end of Winter and eagerly await the Spring, our sales team have noticed an upturn in moving home enquiries. As is always the case Forster-Tuncurry is coming out of the winter hibernation, making our September bookings looking strong at this early stage.

After receiving two phone calls from seperate clients this morning, praising our teams, I decided I needed to take 5 Minutes from my day and prepare this post to thank our staff for their continual professionalism.

One lady, was so stressed leading up to the move she was actually considering not moving, however after contacting us and being reassured we will eliminate all her concerns and our team of men are very aware of the stress people experience moving, so today when she called to tell me on arrival all the men were smiling and laughing amongst themselves she was instantly at ease, then as they proceeded to remove items until the house was empty and the truck was loaded, in her words “felt like she had just been entertained”.

To all our teams out there in cold,rainy,hot weather Conditions, sometimes with difficult access or awkward items to be moved, we thank you. I cannot express the gratitude and appreciation enough of the commitment each and everyone one of you make daily to keep our clients happy and “entertained”

I had to take a moment from my day after receiving two phone calls from seperate clients calling in to say how wonderfully friendly our teams were on arrival, soon relieving all the stress they had built up leading to the removal day.

One lady in particular mentioned that in 13 moves how efficient, happy and professional our team are would recommend us highly to all her friends and would be calling into to see the sales staff at Palm lakes Forster to thank them for recommending our business to her.

Weekly Wrap

Our teams were out and about this week relocating locals all over town, out of town and in to our lovely town.
