They say there are six degrees of separation, but on the Upper North Shore, it feels like about two. 😅

I always look for the connections in this job. We first met the incredible owner of 56 Ada Avenue Wahroonga when she was selflessly helping her friend house-hunt for a downsizer with us on Bannockburn Road in Pymble.

Since then, we’ve had the privilege of selling both her friend’s home and now her very own.

It’s a beautiful reminder of how tight-knit our community is. Thank you for letting us be a part of your journey it’s been an absolute pleasure! 🍾✨

They say a team is only as strong as its weakest link, but we like to think of ourselves as a ridiculously cosy, tightly knit jumper instead! And today, we celebrated the person who keeps all our threads together. Our Operations Manager, Giselle.

A quick lunch thepalms to celebrate turned into hours of effortless laughs, shared stories, and the kind of easy camaraderie that you only get when a team truly clicks. Over the years, we’ve built something way deeper than just a “good working relationship.” We’ve built a genuine connection.

Happy Birthday,G! Thanks for making the daily grind feel a lot less like work and a lot more like growing together.

(And yes, we actually managed to finish lunch without anyone checking their emails. That’s a birthday miracle.)

Hadn’t realised my sold selfie was sporting the national colours too! 🟢🟡

This morning I put up the SOLD sticker on a beautiful Gordon apartment. Ray White signature yellow and wearing a green jumper.....(aussie aussie aussie....you know it)

This sale hit a little closer to home as seven years ago, I handed the keys to a young couple buying their first place. Fast forward to this weekend, and I had the absolute privilege of helping them sell it at auction to take their next big step.

Loyalty like that is even better than a World Cup trophy.

The weekend got off to a great start!

A fantastic family home in a peaceful pocket of Wahroonga exchanged contracts yesterday.

The team and I are excited and really pleased to have been able to get the result for both our sellers and the buyer of 31 Exeter Road.

Another double!

Buyers are keen to purchase in Pymble!

3 Coleridge Street sold on Friday night prior to auction followed by 1 Reynolds Street which sold under the hammer.

Both properties have held significant family stories and carry sentimental significance. So I am glad to have been able to bring these sales together.
