There’s plenty of noise around the property market right now, but what we’re seeing on the ground is opportunity.
For buyers who are genuinely in a position to make a move, this can actually be a fantastic market to buy. Competition is lighter, and strong, well-structured offers can carry real weight 💪🏽
For our conditional buyers, that means getting a little more creative, guiding them on structuring offers that allow them to negotiate from a position of confidence, rather than one subject to hopes and dreams 😉
And for our vendors? Our job hasn’t changed.
We act in their best interests, honest conversations with real facts, protect their position and negotiate hard to help them realise their goals, never allowing their outcome to simply be dictated by a “weaker” buyer pool.
