Our latest addition to the ever expanding fleet of machines and tooling at Babs Boilermaking and Farm Maintenance is an 8m trailer mounted custom saw bench and heavy duty racks
This has been sometime I’ve wanted to make for a few months now for a few reasons

Once on a job site we can load the top racks of the trailer with enough materials to do approximately 80-100m of steel cattle fencing or timber, cutting down on manual labour and time. From the racks the steel can be placed straight onto the saw bench to be measured and cut ready for welding

With all of the adjustment in the support legs we can insure a flat and level cutting surface resulting in more accurate cuts and less chance of pinching the saw blade which will shorten the blades lifespan significantly

Approx 3-5 acres per hour on hilly or treed blocks

Also has 50L high flow spay tank with 15m retractable hose, perfect for spraying fence lines, garden edges or for the heavily weeded house yards and small paddocks we have a 3m boomless spray to accompany the mower and 50L tank

•All steel is galvanised so no rusting
•All welds are 2x coat primed with a zinc rich primer and finish with a silver coat gal top coat- so rusting will not be a problem

•Steel rails do not sag or bow in the sun and rain like timber
