Showing them what it means to work hard, stay grounded, and lead with a calm, kind attitude is so important to me. My daughters are my constant reminder of why I love doing what I do, helping other families find their own perfect spaces to make lifelong memories. 🏡🔑

This week, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting Lucy from Ulladulla High for her work placement, and let’s just say we put her straight to work! 💼✨

From scouting gorgeous properties and visiting vendors to jumping on photo shoots, designing flyers, and diving into social media, she truly got the full blockbuster experience. (She also deserves a medal for surviving a solid week of listening to me constantly chit-chatting on the phone! 🤪📞)

Of course, no proper work week is complete without a few essential iced chocolate breaks to keep the energy up. 🍫❄️
