The answer?

✨ There isn't one.

Every property, every seller and every situation is different.

Sometimes the first offer is the best offer you'll receive. Sometimes it's just the beginning.

The important thing isn't following a "rule". It's understanding the market, looking at the evidence, and making a decision that's right for you. 🤍

There's no one-size-fits-all answer in real estate, and that's okay. 🌿

💡 Perfect lighting.�🎥 Perfect camera angles.�🏡 Perfect homes.

And while I appreciate the effort that goes into creating it... that's just not me. 🤍

I'd much rather spend my time answering your questions, helping you understand the market, and being there when you need someone to bounce ideas off.

If the lighting isn't perfect, the wind interrupts me, or the sound isn't studio quality, I'm okay with that. 🌿

Because at the end of the day, it's not about creating the perfect video.
It's about creating real conversations with real people. 🏡💛

Coffee tastes even better when it’s served with a smile. ☕😊

Foxy’s Café in The Plaza has become one of my regular coffee stops, and it’s easy to see why. Great coffee, delicious sweet treats and a team that’s always friendly and welcoming.

We got them to cater for our Professionals brand launch, and I was so impressed with what they created, especially these gorgeous little cakes with our Professionals logo on them! 🧁✨

If you’ve got a special occasion coming up, it’s definitely worth popping in to see what they can do. Their catering options are fantastic, and they can create something really special for your event.

It turns out International Friendship Day was last week... and today is Friendship Day. 😊

Whether we celebrate one, the other, or neither, it’s had me thinking about how lucky I am to have some truly special people in my life.

These “then and now” photos are of my sister, Lyndal, my best friend, Chantelle, and me.

Having known Chantelle since I was two years old, she’s practically like family.

The three of us have shared a lifetime of laughs, adventures and memories. Through every stage of life, they’ve always been there.

Life gets busy, families grow, and we all head in different directions, but some friendships never really change.

Feeling very grateful today. 🤍

Happy Friendship Day to all the people who make life a little brighter. 💛
