I began my journey in real estate after purchasing my first property at the age of 22. I was shocked by the lack of care shown by agents and I became determined to make someone else’s experience better than mine after being disappointed by the experience each time.

I wanted to change the way real estate was done, removing the traditional stigma around agents and instead providing a refreshing, caring approach to make the property journey better for both buyers and sellers.

Our most recent purchase last week was a huge milestone for us and the start of an exciting new chapter, something we’ve worked hard for, dreamt of, and envisioned for a long time, securing our first acreage property, although the process was more difficult than it had to be.

With this recent purchase, I’ve learned a lot — mainly what not to do. I’ve seen firsthand what buyers complain about and how poorly some are treated by agents when trying to purchase a home.

I started in real estate to make a difference and bring a fresh approach, and this experience has reminded me exactly why I do what I do — all over again.

It’s been a powerful reminder of why I hold strong to my values and why I work so hard to ensure my clients have the best possible experience when buying or selling, because I have been in both positions before.
