PROJECT UPDATE // It's been another month of strong progress at Lakeside Apartments within the Serenity 4212 masterplan developed by Keylin and Joint Venture Partner Kinstone Group.

The project is continuing to take shape, with the structure now reaching Level 3 and Level 4 concrete pours already underway. Basement services works are also progressing, with glazing installation commenced on the ground floor.

We’re looking forward to seeing Lakeside Apartments reach full height over the coming months as the remaining concrete pours are completed.

Amenities that bring people together are becoming an increasingly important part of creating modern, connected residential communities.

Keylin’s Oria development in Spring Hill will deliver Queensland’s first pickleball court within a multi-level residential community.

Accessible across a broad range of ages and fitness levels, pickleball offers an engaging way for residents to connect, while the compact court is particularly well suited to inner-city living. The addition reflects Brisbane’s growing enthusiasm for the sport as the city looks ahead to the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Brisbane’s next chapter is taking shape right next door to Oria in Spring Hill.

Following the recent reveal of the Victoria Park Precinct Legacy Plan, Brisbane’s future is becoming clearer — connecting the Brisbane Stadium, National Aquatic Centre, revitalised parklands and RNA Showgrounds ahead of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

With Oria on track to welcome first residents from early 2027, they will be able to watch every stage of the precinct’s evolution from move-in until 2032 with front-row seats to one of Brisbane’s most significant transformations.

INDUSTRY INSIGHTS // The Gold Coast continues to lead Queensland’s unit market, accounting for six of the state’s top 10 unit sales suburbs.

Data from InfoTrack's latest Property Market Update points to resilient apartment demand across the Gold Coast, despite a broader statewide decline in sales, suggesting buyer demand is increasingly concentrated in a smaller number of high-conviction locations. Demand continues to favour well-connected lifestyle hubs with strong infrastructure and amenity, offering convenience, lifestyle and long-term value.

Lakeside Apartments within the Serenity 4212 masterplan are ideally located in close proximity to Gold Coast's top-performing unit suburbs - Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, Broadbeach and Southport - reinforcing their position within the city's strongest residential growth corridor.

InfoTrack chief operating officer Lee Bailie said, “the Gold Coast remains the clear centre of gravity for apartment demand in the state.”

Lakeside Apartments are anticipated to be move-in ready from spring 2027.

PROJECT UPDATE // Following the topping out of Oria Spring Hill in May, we're now bringing the rooftop to life including the pool, gym, sauna and private dining, all designed for effortless living above the skyline.

We recently sat down with Kate Callanan, Studio Director and Head of Interiors at Jackson Teece, to talk through her modern take of Spring Hill's Art Deco heritage and how it is shaping every space at Oria from apartments to amenities.

The result is a home that balances character, comfort and community, where shared spaces feel like an extension of your own.

We recently attended the Brisbane Economic Development Agency’s Industry Networking Event—an evening that brought together Brisbane’s business leaders, partners, and industry professionals for meaningful connection and conversation.

It was a valuable opportunity to gain insights, exchange ideas, and strengthen relationships that drive our industry forward. At Keylin we place strong importance on building genuine connections and exploring opportunities for collaboration.

Hosted at the iconic Princess Theatre, there was a great turnout, with the energy in the room reflecting the momentum across our local economy.

PROJECT UPDATE // Lakeside Apartments within Serenity 4212 on the northern Gold Coast are beginning to take shape above ground. Developed by Keylin and Joint Venture partner Kinstone Group, our builder CoStruct continues to make great progress on site.

Basement structure works are now complete, with services rough-ins underway. The podium transfer slab and basement ramp access are also complete, and the dewatering system has been decommissioned and removed from site.

Scaffolding has been erected around the perimeter, and Level 2 concrete pours are underway, marking an exciting stage as the building begins to rise and future views emerge.
