Keylin and Joint Venture partner Kinstone Group have taken extensive measures to protect the rare natural surrounds at our Serenity 4212 development in the northern Gold Coast.

More than one-third of the 65-hectare Serenity 4212 masterplan is a dedicated nature reserve, with an additional 10 hectares transformed into Gold Coast.

Extensive measures were taken to enhance the sites ecological value, including planting nearly 2,000 new trees, 45,000 native plants, and rehabilitating the neighbouring habitat which is home to over 270 animal species. Each stage of the masterplan has championed sustainability, most recently with Lakeside Apartments achieving certification under UDIA Queensland’s EnviroDevelopment program.

We remain deeply committed to creating sustainable, thoughtfully designed communities that celebrate their natural surroundings, ensuring the environments we operate in today can be enjoyed by generations to come.

At Oria Spring Hill, the interiors are an expression of Art Deco design, reimagined for contemporary, residential living.

Two carefully considered colour schemes, Gregory and Victoria, offer distinct interpretations of this design inspiration. Gregory presents a light palette with an open and elegant feel, while Victoria introduces a deeper, sophisticated composition. Through materials, tone and detail, each scheme reinforces the importance of choice, allowing Oria's future residents to select a colour scheme that reflects their individual style.

Keylin Managing Director Louis Cheung said, “Spring Hill is no longer under the radar. Its proximity to Brisbane’s future Victoria Park Olympic precinct has put it firmly on the map."

IN THE NEWS // The Foxwell Coomera masterplan is powering into its next phase with a bold new retail concept driving changes to motorsport entertainment in Australia.

Clutch Racing’s flagship venue, located within the Foxwell Coomera precinct and directly opposite Westfield Coomera, will feature 24 state-of-the-art racing simulators, making it the largest installation of its kind in Australia.

Construction is now underway by SJ Higgins, and we look forward to sharing more updates before the venue’s expected opening in late 2026.

Foxwell Coomera is a Joint Venture between Keylin and Kinstone Group.

Keylin is proud to have collaborated with global creative agency The Boundary, on the visual storytelling for Oria Spring Hill. The Boundary is a world-leading studio specialising in highly detailed property visualisations.

Our teams worked closely together to deliver a suite of photorealistic CGIs, cinematic animations and immersive walkthroughs designed to bring Oria and its state-of-the-art amenities to life, including the rooftop pool, pickleball court, gym, cinema room, and much more.
