Keylin was honoured to attend this year's Lord Mayor's Charitable Trust Gala Ball as a Gold Sponsor for the fourth year in a row, joining fellow Brisbane business and philanthropic community members at Brisbane City Hall for an important annual fundraising event.

This event was an opportunity to raise essential funds for local charities and deliver assistance to those most in need. This year's theme "In Bloom" celebrated the power of kindness and generosity that helps Brisbane City flourish and prosper.

Keylin maintains an ongoing commitment to supporting local initiatives that make a lasting impact. Thank you to the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust, event partners, fellow sponsors and guests for a wonderful evening.

From the drawing board to the built form, Oria’s architectural vision is coming to life in Spring Hill.

We welcomed project architect Nick Symonds from MAS Architecture Studio to see the façade he and his team designed up close.

Inspired by the suburb's Art Deco character and reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, Oria’s distinctive façade is made up of individually hand-crafted elements, reflecting the exceptional level of craftsmanship behind the design.

As the façade continues to emerge, Oria is nearing completion and we look forward to welcoming first residents from early 2027.

We recently hosted an exclusive evening event at Coco Republic’s Fortitude Valley showroom for the future residents of Oria Spring Hill.

With more than 100 guests in attendance, the evening was a wonderful opportunity for residents to meet their new neighbours, hear first-hand updates from our project partners and connect with the Keylin team — including Managing Director Louis Cheung.

Coco Republic’s beautifully styled displays reflected the design direction coming to life in Oria’s common areas. Oria will be move-in ready from early 2027.

Riverfire may have lit up Brisbane's skyline for one night, but the views from Oria Spring Hill will be part of everyday life for its future residents.

From its elevated position atop Gregory Terrace, Oria is the first tower to offer front-row views to the future 2032 Olympic Games Stadium, alongside sweeping views across Mt Coot-tha and Brisbane’s C*D skyline.

IN THE NEWS // Keylin is proud to unveil the facade of Oria Spring Hill, Brisbane city’s first tower to overlook the future Olympic stadium at Victoria Park.

As shared by REA Group, Oria’s large three-bedroom apartments are priced above the average value of a stand-alone home in the suburb, reflecting a deliberate shift in how buyers are approaching inner-city living.

Keylin managing director Louis Cheung said Oria was one of the first developments in Spring Hill to deliver large format apartments to appeal to buyers living, working or with children attending schools nearby.

“Apartment living was once viewed as a stepping stone to home ownership. Today, buyers are making a deliberate choice to live in larger apartments, rather than traditional homes, so they can be closer to their work, children’s school and everyday convenience.

Construction is on track with Oria's first residents set to move in from early 2027.

PROJECT UPDATE // The Foxwell Coomera masterplan by Keylin and Joint Venture Partner Kinstone Group has reached a significant milestone, with Clutch VR Racing reaching Practical Completion.

Clutch Racing’s flagship venue will feature 24 state-of-the-art racing simulators, making it the largest installation of its kind in Australia.

The internal fit-out is now well underway, and the official opening remains on track for later this year.

PROJECT UPDATE // It's been another month of strong progress at Lakeside Apartments within the Serenity 4212 masterplan developed by Keylin and Joint Venture Partner Kinstone Group.

The project is continuing to take shape, with the structure now reaching Level 3 and Level 4 concrete pours already underway. Basement services works are also progressing, with glazing installation commenced on the ground floor.

We’re looking forward to seeing Lakeside Apartments reach full height over the coming months as the remaining concrete pours are completed.

Brisbane’s next chapter is taking shape right next door to Oria in Spring Hill.

Following the recent reveal of the Victoria Park Precinct Legacy Plan, Brisbane’s future is becoming clearer — connecting the Brisbane Stadium, National Aquatic Centre, revitalised parklands and RNA Showgrounds ahead of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

With Oria on track to welcome first residents from early 2027, they will be able to watch every stage of the precinct’s evolution from move-in until 2032 with front-row seats to one of Brisbane’s most significant transformations.
