At Lakeside Apartments within the Serenity 4212 community by Keylin and Joint Venture partner Kinstone Group, dewatering presented a complex challenge—iron-rich groundwater, heavy sediment, and a sensitive receiving environment.

The team at Wilson Environmental Compliance effectively navigated these challenges through strong collaboration with all stakeholders. Targeted treatment, robust controls, and independent monitoring was implemented to manage risks and achieve water quality objectives, confirming no adverse impacts to surrounding waterways.

The dewatering system has now been successfully decommissioned, marking a key project milestone. This outcome reflects our shared commitment to environmental management and strong collaboration with the team at Wilson Environmental Compliance, and our builder CoStruct.

The Keylin team recently joined our partners SJ Higgins Group for the Ronald McDonald House charity golf day at Brookwater Golf & Country Club.

The event brought together businesses and community members to raise vital funds supporting Australian families during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Each year, Ronald McDonald House Charities help thousands of families stay close, supported, and cared for while their children receive medical treatment.

Through activities including live auctions and raffles, the day highlighted the power of community generosity.

IN THE NEWS // Spring Hill has beaten more than 370 rivals to be crowned Greater Brisbane’s most liveable suburb. Exclusive data from RMIT University’s Australian Urban Observatory has presented the liveability rankings across the city. The index graded suburbs across key metrics including social infrastructure, walkability, public transport, employment, public open space, housing prices, food, alcohol and demographics.

“In terms of convenience and access, that’s where the inner-city does the best," said Ray White economist Atom Go Tian.

Keylin's Oria development in Spring Hill is primely positioned to play a role in the suburb's ongoing liveability. Emerging as a new landmark address, Oria is positioned atop Gregory Terrace with sweeping views across Victoria Park and the Brisbane CBD.

Oria's sales lead John Fishbourne said Spring Hill resonates with buyers due to its prime location–just minutes from the state’s leading schools, Victoria Park, major medical precincts and the Brisbane CBD.

Future resident Marianne Scott-Dalgleish and her partner live in New South Wales’ Northern Rivers and are looking forward to downsizing to a garden apartment at Lakeside.

Keylin and Joint Venture partner Kinstone Group have taken extensive measures to protect the rare natural surrounds at our Serenity 4212 development in the northern Gold Coast.

More than one-third of the 65-hectare Serenity 4212 masterplan is a dedicated nature reserve, with an additional 10 hectares transformed into Gold Coast.

Extensive measures were taken to enhance the sites ecological value, including planting nearly 2,000 new trees, 45,000 native plants, and rehabilitating the neighbouring habitat which is home to over 270 animal species. Each stage of the masterplan has championed sustainability, most recently with Lakeside Apartments achieving certification under UDIA Queensland’s EnviroDevelopment program.

We remain deeply committed to creating sustainable, thoughtfully designed communities that celebrate their natural surroundings, ensuring the environments we operate in today can be enjoyed by generations to come.
