What if private property sellers had a space of their own?
This is the simple thought behind something I've been working on, and I'm excited to finally start sharing it.
Introducing FSBOHQ — a dedicated Australian property platform created exclusively for genuine For Sale By Owner sellers.
I'm not a real estate agent or an FSBO intermediary. I'm a property owner whose own experiences sparked an idea: to create a space where people who choose to sell their property privately can have a platform of their own.
My intention isn't to compete with the major property platforms. It's to offer something different — a dedicated space for private sellers, without real estate agents or agency listings. A place where owners can advertise their properties directly and buyers can connect with them, without the traditional agency model.
As I prepare to open the doors, I'll soon be welcoming my first Foundational Members, who will receive their first 12 months on FSBOHQ completely free.
These first members will be part of the beginning of this journey, helping establish a platform built around the needs of genuine private sellers.
It's early days, and I'm not here to make grand promises. I simply believe there's room for a different approach, and I'm looking forward to seeing where this idea leads.
