Progress at PROXIME is becoming more visible with every passing week.

The ground floor residences are now complete and are awaiting power connection before the final finishing touches bring each space to life.

Externally, another significant milestone has been reached. Scaffolding has now been removed from the northern elevation and down to Level 3, revealing more of the architectural vision that’s been taking shape over the past months.

With the remaining scaffolding set to come down by the end of the month, PROXIME is entering its final stages, and the finished development is soon to be fully unveiled.

In this conversation, Jones, Acquisition & Development Manager at Diligent Developments, shares the thinking behind The Winslet Collection and the design decisions that shaped the project from the very beginning.

Rather than seeing the site’s irregular shape as a constraint, the team embraced it working alongside the architects to transform it into one of the development’s defining features. The result is a boutique collection of five individually crafted homes, each with its own private courtyard that enhances natural light, privacy, and connection to the outdoors.

Located in a leafy pocket of Yeronga, just 7km from Brisbane’s CBD, The Winslet Collection was designed to offer the space and comfort of a traditional home while delivering the ease of low-maintenance living.

It’s a reflection of Diligent Developments’ approach: creating homes that respond to both the site and the people who will one day live there.
