an opportunity came. The chance to start his own company, to recruit and lead a sales team of his own while operating under the established banner of a global real estate franchise. There is no better test of skill and fortitude than real life. In a market that was still recovering from the devastating effects of the Global Financial Crisis Jim's sales team thrived for nearly two years. It was time for Jim's life-long dream to come true. It was time to expand to new premises with a new trading name. With the full support of his award winning team Jim negotiated the transfer across to Harts Property. An office that would pride itself on helping the local community achieve their real estate dreams.
