Long stretches of golden sand with sheltered waters of the spit and five surfing beaches 🏄‍♀️ make this town a favourite for beach goers of all kinds. Venus Bay has an exposed beach, flat and wide, stretching for almost 24km, perfect for surfers and kite surfers.

🌊 Patrolled over summer holidays. Rips can be strong so make sure you swim between the flags.

👨‍👨‍👧‍👧 Families can head around to the gentle, protected waters around Anderson Inlet, laying claim to Victoria’s longest sand spit. The calmer waters are also popular for boating and fishing 🎣.
