The Barracks Wagin has newly renovated, clean, simple rooms with shared bathroom, lounge room, laundry and full kitchen facilities.

Airconditioned rooms have comfortable king single or double beds. The shared lounge room has comfortable sofas and is equipped with tv, board games, and a desk. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and cook meals.

As a lodging house the owner/caretaker lives on site and looks forward to welcoming you to The Barracks.
Located 2.5 hours South East of Perth, The Barracks is 180 metres from the main street of Wagin with easy access to great meals at the pub and to local shops if you prefer to cook for yourself. It is walking distance to the Wagin Historical Village and to The Giant Ram.

INFO:
We currently have 10 King Single rooms and 2 Double Bed rooms. This will be changing to 10 King Single rooms and 7 Double Bed rooms before Christmas.

King Single rooms are equipped with 1 x King Single bed for 1 person. Rooms have Digital Door Lock. Bar Fridge. Reverse Cycle Air Con. Wardrobe. Desk. Chair. NO ENSUITE.

Double Bed rooms are equipped with 1 x Double bed for maximum two people. Rooms have Digital Door Lock. Bar Fridge. Reverse Cycle Air Con. Wardrobe. Bed side table. NO ENSUITE.

Our second ablution block will open soon making a total of 6 showers and 6 toilets.

Guest Washing Machine.

Fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, kettles, toasters, all pots, pans, plates, fridges, etc, so that guests can heat or prepare their own meals.

Tea, coffee, milk etc.

Dining Room.

Happy Anniversary to us 🥂
Settled on 8 October 2024 and came to Wagin to start the reno, one year ago today.
The reno continues but 12 rooms are open and we're getting there.
We opened for business in June and got serious about it in July. Business is growing and we will open five more rooms in the near future.
