There are nights that make you stop and reflect, and Wednesday night was certainly one of those.
At the Ray White Annual Awards, we had the opportunity to celebrate some incredible individual achievements across our business.
Congratulations to:

• Domenic Maxwell — No.5 Salesperson for Number of Sales
• Jessica Cao — No.3 Competition Creator
Each of these awards is incredibly well deserved, but what makes me proudest is what sits behind them - a genuine commitment to doing the very best for our clients.
As a group, we were incredibly humbled to be recognised as the No.1 Ray White Business internationally for the fifth consecutive year, as well as No.1 Best in Market Business, the recipient of the Community Service Award, and No.4 for Number of Sales.
As proud as we are of these achievements, they are only possible because of the collective effort of an incredible group of people.
Every person across Ray White Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches has contributed to what our business has become. Every salesperson, property manager, associate, administrator and support team member who turns up each day, cares deeply about what they do and takes pride in the standard of service we provide our clients.
Most importantly, none of this happens without the trust our clients place in us. We never want to take that for granted. Homes, investments and property decisions are incredibly personal, and the responsibility of representing our clients is something we remain enormously grateful for.
And on a personal note, I want to thank my wife, Claudia. You’ve been there with me from the very beginning and your support has been unwavering. Building a business comes with plenty of challenges and sacrifices along the way, and I’m incredibly grateful to have had you beside me through all of it.
I’m so proud of what we have built, but even more proud of the people we have built it with.
