The backyard of this place was a bit of a disaster, big tanks 6m off the fence taking up a lot of space in the yard, apart from that, lots of w**ds and rocks, thanks again Eddie for your garden guru skills. Hayden Daniels for laying the gravel and Silverback cranes for helping move the tanks,

This is the second big job now for the Cooper coast council. It was a haven for mice, rats and cockroaches etc, , the other one was deceased estate, witch included a full house deep clean. give us a call if you need some help.

Before was rock and clay, so step everything was washing down in a heavy rain., So we be build some stone walls to flatten off the garden beds, bought in some good soil, w**d mat, gravel and plants, herb garden, wine barrels, lemon tree in one, and put up some trellis to hide the tanks a bit and grow passion fruit on. , The customer, is Very happy, BIG thanks to Eden dealing with Camarl to get all her favorite plants in, and the garden design and work was amazing. Cant wait to see it in 12 months' time.

The biggest house and block, by lots, on the marina, I have looked after this place for 3 years now, everything apart from inside cleaning, Total makeover of the gardens, irrigation, we have delt with leaks, fixed rust, sorted the pigeons, One of the first houses built on the marina, and between the marina and the beach, it is always going to have things that need attention. Alarm response, at 3 am etc. etc. looking better than ever. Thanks Sam for letting me look after your "Shack"

Some bird netting for the verandah's at the medical; center, and CPS building in kadina, Thanks John Goss for the job. The building certainly looks much cleaner now.

Solar panels make a great home for pigeons, and look at the mess they make of your roof, gutters and the panels, reducing there efficiency by up to 80%, pigeon poo blocking gutters and storm water systems, Prevention is much better than cure, and the longer you leave it the harder it is to completely get rid of them, my system is not the cheapest. But it is the best for a few reasons, I don't take the risk of screwing into the panels, Using high quality stainless wire which will not rust, I can guaranty it for the life of the panels, with no cost to rectify if any problems arise, . I will also clean the gutters the others wont, we also follow up with bird deterrents, eradication, and removal.
