Brian Whiteman is a hardworking, honest and approachable licensed agent committed to achieving premium results. Brian receives great satisfaction in meeting new people and assisting them to find their ideal home. Brian’s impressive business background includes managing a lucrative motor cycle dealership in Bathurst, as well as establishing a thriving logistics company. His strong business acumen, honed negotiation skills and attention to customer service are key to his success as a high performing sales agent. His specialised areas extend from Bateau Bay, where he has exceeded record street sales on both the east and west sides, through to The Entrance North peninsula. Brian attributes these extraordinary outcomes to being able to immediately access a comprehensive database of potential buyers via the extensive The Agency network. The strength of connecting with a wider range of clients and the ability to match them with their preferred property gives Brian a distinct edge over competitors. A local of Forresters Beach for many years, he has first-hand insight of the Tuggerah Lake and beachside villages dotted along the coastline, including beautiful Shelly Beach, Toowoon and Blue bays as well as Tumbi Umbi. He appreciates the region’s retained peaceful community atmosphere and diversity of housing available, from luxury oceanfront properties, to affordable homes for first buyers. Brian is proud to be associated with the prestige The Agency brand and its unsurpassed reputation of providing first class customer service. Friendly, professional and with superior market knowledge, Brian is an experienced individual to contact for intelligent real estate advice.
