If I’m being honest, I’m still processing the weekend.
I gave it everything and crossed the line 2 minutes slower than I wanted.

That stings.

When you put the work in and don’t get the result, it hurts.
But in the quiet moments, away from the noise, that’s when perspective kicks in — this is when your people matter most.

I’m grateful for my family, my mates, and everyone who checks in, pushes me, and reminds me why I do this.
