This winter, we're joining forces with Wollongong Homeless Hub to help provide warmth, comfort and support to people experiencing homelessness across the Illawarra. As the colder months settle in, many members of our community face winter without access to the basic essentials most of us take for granted.

We're inviting our community to help make a difference by donating new blankets, winter clothing and socks. A warm jumper, a cosy blanket or a fresh pair of socks may seem like a small gesture, but for someone doing it tough, it can mean so much more.

Donations can be dropped off at our office until 15 June 2026, and monetary donations are also welcome to help support emergency assistance and essential services.

Together, we can help make winter a little warmer for those who need it most.

Meet Danielle.

Our Senior Property Manager, resident night owl, country music line dancer and the kind of person who’s always up for a laugh

Danielle has been part of the IEA family for 8 years (with a couple of babies in between) and brings experience, energy and plenty of personality to the team. She loves that no two days are ever the same, and between the busy schedules, problem solving and daily laughs with the team, she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her soaking up the sunshine with her family, camping down the coast, spending time at Kiama Downs or Minnamurra River, or sitting at Jones Beach with an esky close by. She’s a self-confessed snack lover, runs on coffee, and can apparently demolish a buffet in record time (we believe it).

Professional, down to earth, and full of personality, Danielle brings so much heart to both our team and her clients every single day - and we’re lucky to have her.
