George & Fuhrmann is looking for our next Administration / Accounts Officer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.
As a leading Stock & Station Agency, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients and pride ourselves on our strong reputation, industry knowledge and commitment to excellence across both our Livestock and Real Estate divisions.
This is a varied and rewarding role, with responsibilities across general administration, accounts and livestock administration. You’ll play an important role in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our team and clients across the business.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
~ First point of contact for walk-in enquiries and general office enquiries
~Preparation and booking of advertising materials
~ Invoicing, banking, reconciliations and month-end procedures
~ Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, emails and phone calls
~ NLIS database management and livestock administration
~ Providing administrative support to our Livestock and Real Estate teams
~ General office administration and support as required
About you:
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working in a busy team environment. Attention to detail, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.
Experience in accounts, administration, livestock or the agricultural industry will be highly regarded, but we’re also open to the right person who is eager to learn and grow with our business.
This position is Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Our current Accounts Officer is progressing within George & Fuhrmann and moving into a Real Estate Sales position, creating an opportunity for someone new to join our team and take on this important role.
