When Judy and Tony walked into our office one Thursday, they were feeling anxious but hopeful. The unit they had long wanted at Regency Park Retirement Village had unexpectedly become available, and they needed to sell their home quickly to secure it.
Friends had referred them to our sales agent Mandy Steketee who had looked after their own move into retirement living. Mandy was at their door straight away to appraise the home, and the clock was already ticking.
While the home was still being prepared for sale, Mandy was speaking with a couple from Brisbane about what they were searching for. As they talked, she recognised that they were describing Judy and Tony’s home almost to a tee, so she picked up the phone and arranged an inspection.
One inspection was all it took. The buyers fell in love with the home, and it was sold before it ever hit the market.
The result was a smooth, stress-free sale, and everyone came away happy 🙌
