The stories we heard just to get the sale really did impress up on us that most agents would do anything to gain a sale rather than working for the seller to obtain the highest possible sell price in a market. I finally have faith again that there are a few agents left with the morals of yesterday. Kelly and I first met you when we purchased our parcel of land to build our new home on. It was very clear to us from the on-set that you were working for your seller, to obtain the highest possible sell price for them in the market place – and one we were only too happy to pay knowing we also were purchasing at a fair market price – A win win for all! This left us with no doubt that we would trust you with the sale of our family home. As we all know the market over this last year or so has been very tough but you stated a price to us you felt confident you could achieve – one I might add that was above our expectations in today’s market however by this time we had a relationship built on trust, therefore we took you at your word and had no doubts. I must say that the way you conducted your behaviour throughout the entire process was superb. You were very courteous, polite and knowledgeable as to the potential buyers. To say our 2 very young children knew you by name and were very comfortable states a lot. They often say you can read a lot about a human being by how a child responds to them, and ours were very comfortable in your presence and would often point your car out to us as we drove around the suburb. You sold our house in 3 weeks – simply amazing considering the market, at the very stated price you said you could achieve, which was above our expectations. I would have no hesitation engaging your services in the future should the need arise. Wishing you all the success we can, which I am sure will come naturally due to the way you conduct yourself.
