What is a cooling-off period, and do we have one in WA? 🤔 Unlike some other Australian states there is no cooling-off period for residential property sales in WA. Once an offer is accepted, the contract is signed and acceptance has been communicated, the buyers are legally committed to complete the purchase unless conditions in the contract allow otherwise.
