Weโve extended the booked bulky waste service, so every household can access 2 additional free services. The booked bulky waste service has also been extended to collect green waste during this period.
Weโve also reduced waiting times for the booked waste services, from 8 weeks, down to 2-4 weeks for all parts of the City.
These additional services are available now, until further notice, to assist residents while our Waste Management Facilities are closed.
Council is still providing its household waste collections, as normal. This includes the:
> Garbage collection every week (140 litre bin) โ RED garbage bin.
> Recycling collection every two weeks (240 litre bin) โ YELLOW recycling bin.
> Green waste collection every two weeks (240 litre bin) โ GREEN garden bin.
