What is the BANK Fix Deposit rate now?
Reserve Bank has dropped to .1 (not 1% but .1), what is your bank loan? Currently CBA is giving out housing loan just less than 2% (1.99%). What then is the FIX DEPOSIT you get from your bank?
Pretty certain that it is NOT more than 5%
