A Semi-Detached residential building was recently completed at Eastwood.
FES were engaged from the building set-out stage onwards.
A Work As Executed has recently been carried out over the drainage system components within the properties together with an Identification Survey as part of the requirements to obtain an occupation certificate.
FES prepared a two lot Strata plan suitable for lodgement at LRS.

A small industrial development containing three warehouses with mezzanine offices at Marrickville was recently completed.
FES have been engaged to carry out all the survey work from set-out to the preparation of a Strata Plan.
The underlying Redefinition plan had been prepared. This required consent for the railway (goods & services line) corridor boundary.
This was followed by the preparation of the Strata Plan.

A Twelve Lot - Residential building with basement car parking has recently been constructed at Toongabbie.
FES were involved from the initial Detail and Level survey, Building Set out including internal structural components, Work As Executed for the Drainage system and Final Identification survey for the occupation certificate.
A Subdivision Plan involving a road widening dedication and a Strata Plan was prepared.

FES have been engaged to carry out all the survey components for this site including: Building Set-Out, Final Identification survey and a Work As Executed on the drainage system.

The following tasks include:
Building Set-Out of the two semi-detached buildings
Final Identification Survey
Work As Executed over the drainage system.
Preparation of two semi-detached subdivision plans suitable for lodgment at Land Registry Services.

Just recently one of the two lot subdivisions was Registered.
