❝REMAX were the property manager for our property and we were happy with their service. The rental team were easy to get in contact with and promptly responded to our enquiries and requests, and they kept us up to date with any maintenance issues we had at the property. We decided to sell our investment property and met with Marion Grice. From our very first meeting, Marion guided us through the selling process with professionalism, and genuine support. Her excellent local market knowledge and guidance helped us prepare for the property to go for sale. Marion was always in contact with us giving us updates and she exceeded our expectations with buyer negotiations. We were out of town during the contract time and were hard to reach, and Marion worked hard to ensure everything ran smoothly. Thanks also to Marion’s admin staff, they were always very friendly, and their efficiency and communication was second to none. Our calls and emails were always responded to in a timely manner and we were never left having to chase anyone up asking what was happening which kept us at ease with so much going on for the sale. We were particularly impressed with Marion’s negotiation skills and dedication to achieving the best possible result for us.
