Is your Lease agreement coming to an end and there are Options that the tenant can exercise? We notify our owners 12 months in advance of the expiration of Lease so that we can commence early discussions about the plan going forward. The tenant generally knows whether or not they will be exercising their Option at least 12 months out so having the discussion ahead of time means we can be more organised!
