Our Victorian team had a great afternoon at Shadowfax Winery, catching up with the local business community at the Committee for Wyndham's 15th Annual Economic Update Lunch.

For the sixth year, our Williams Landing project supported the event alongside Commonwealth Bank, bringing local businesses together to hear from their Chief Economist Luke Yeaman on the economic outlook for Australia, Victoria and Wyndham, including the key trends expected to influence business decisions in the year ahead.

Victorian State Manager James Bovell spoke on behalf of Cedar Woods, along with Chief Operating Officer Patrick Archer joining the lunch.

It’s always a great opportunity to talk with local businesses and continue supporting the incredible community surrounding Williams Landing.

On Wednesday, 26 August, we celebrated an exciting milestone with the topping out of Elegan Apartments, at Glenside in South Australia.

Marking the building reaching its highest structural point, the occasion provided an opportunity to recognise the significant progress made on site and the collective effort that has brought Elegan to this important stage.

Together with our builder, Schiavello, and valued project partners, we gathered on Level 8 to celebrate the milestone and acknowledge the many teams, consultants and contractors contributing to the delivery of the project.

Upon completion, Elegan will comprise of 116 apartments nestled within Glenside’s unique botanical setting, with views across the Adelaide foothills and cityscape. Elegan’s modern architectural design embraces its natural surroundings while offering the convenience of urban living. Surrounded by established greenery and open spaces, residents have the luxury of enjoying the natural serenity just moments from the city.

We look forward to seeing Elegan continue to take shape as we move closer to welcoming future residents home to Glenside.

Strong communities don't happen by chance. They're built by passionate local people and organisations dedicated to making a difference.

Through the Cedar Woods’ Community Grant program, we are proud to support initiatives that make a meaningful and lasting impact, helping our communities connect, grow, and thrive.

This year, four local organisations will share in funding through the Ellendale Community Grant to help strengthen connections across Upper Kedron and Brisbane's north-west through sport, education, the arts, and community support.
