We’re proud to announce that the new Endeavour Park at Flourish is now officially open, delivering another key milestone for our growing community in South Maclean. 🌿

Thoughtfully designed to support connection, recreation and everyday wellbeing, the new park includes:
▪️ A children’s play area with an all-access carousal, double mousewheel, climbing mounds, rope bridges and more
▪️ Shaded seating and gathering spaces
▪️ Open grassed areas for informal recreation
▪️ A rebound wall and a cricket net for active play

The park reflects Flourish’s vision of creating a close-knit, connected community where residents can enjoy quality shared spaces and grow their way.

Settlement has now been completed at Stage 5C of our Ellendale community in Queensland, marking an exciting milestone as future residents prepare to begin building their new homes amongst the trees.

Located just 12km from Brisbane CBD, Ellendale continues to attract a diverse mix of buyers seeking more space, connection and an elevated way of life. Bushmead South is now entering its final stage, marking an important milestone in the evolution of one of Perth’s most unique communities.

Supporting local ideas and initiatives is at the heart of Cedar Woods’ Community Grants program, which has contributed more than $600,000 nationally since 2009.

Congratulations to Eglinton Village resident, Sandra, who has been awarded a grant to deliver a series of outdoor fitness and wellbeing sessions within the WA community. Designed to support physical health, mental wellbeing and connection among neighbours, this initiative will bring residents together in a welcoming environment.

What a fantastic morning at our recent Welcome to the Wetlands community event at Millars Landing, WA.

With the wetlands now open, it was the perfect opportunity for residents to come together and connect with this beautiful new natural space.

Residents were invited to experience a Welcome to Country and guided walk led by local Aboriginal Elder Trevor Walley, who shared stories of the land’s history and demonstrated how natural elements, particularly from the wetlands, can be used to create everyday items such as headbands, jump ropes and fishing hooks.

The experience continued with The Wetlands Centre sharing valuable knowledge of the local ecosystem, alongside Art Jam’s hands-on clay workshops and collaborative wetlands mural.

With over 60 residents in attendance, it was wonderful to see the community come together in such a meaningful way as Millars Landing continues to grow.

We’re pleased to see the recent completion of our Ready Built Homes at Ariella Private Estate in Brabham, delivered in collaboration with Into Place.

Our Ready Built Homes program offers an alternative path to new home ownership. By providing brand new, move in ready homes, we remove the potential hurdle of paying rent and a mortgage at the same time, as well as the wait associated with building a new home. Each home is thoughtfully designed to meet buyer needs, combining quality, functionality and convenience.

Both homes have now sold, and we look forward to welcoming the new owners to the Cedar Woods community and into their Ready Built Homes very soon.
