This is one of few reasonably priced places in walking distance to Perth CBD. It was comfortable and clean although not modern. I would recommend for a cheap one night stay based on location….Rita

Amazing value! I paid less for 3 days than most places charge per night! Not fancy, but has everything you need, tidy, close to e everything and Rita and Polly are so helpful. Even held my luggage so I could explore the city on my last full day here. Highly recommend….Renae

It was a good and economical place to stay...Overall clean space and very good is an old apartment, but has got all amenities for a few days stay..Host responded quickly and the people at reception were very helpful. Anyway had a good time there….Jothilakshmi

The facilities are good and the apartment is clean. The location is great- just a short walk to Kings Park and the CBD. Rita was extremely helpful and replied very quickly. The check in was easy and I was allowed in the apartment much earlier than the check in time. The only issue I had was that the internet connection was very unreliable…. Mariana
The apartment was ok, apart from a leaky shower and problems getting connected to the wifi. It was clean and functional . An excellent location and a good place to come back to and sleep. Not the sort of place you would stay in to relax (quite noisy given it gives onto the Freeway)….Daniele
We had a wonderful stay. This is a little gem, so convenient to the city. It's clean, newly renovated and tastefully appointed. Hospitality from Rita and Polly was excellent. For the price, amazing!!... Kathy

The guys were fantastic the location was great it was also great value for money we were lucky and got one of the end units which had views of the River only downside is the blinds did not blockout all the street lights…. Scott

It is in a very good location just off the freeway if you don’t mind traffic noise. The building itself is very old. It is kept as clean as possible but could be better with a refurbishment e.g cupboards. Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. Walking distance to Kings Park and Mount St cafe. Very good communication from Rita who is friendly & accomodating….Keen

If you want simple, no frills accommodation then this is very good. Comfortable bed, clean linen, WiFi and a hot shower with good water pressure. The place is a little “tired” and I didn’t have curtains - just vertical blinds which didn’t block out the daylight (so the sun woke me up at 06:00) Am perfectly happy with my experience. Thankyou…. 3 minutes walk to the city .thumbs up. Parking a bit tight . Room was adequate , although it needs a bit of upgrading . Kitchen has all you need . Tidy in general . A good stay . Mick
