Pretty proud of this one.

Last week we held the Metricon Queensland Sales Awards and I was lucky enough to be named QLD Sales Professional of the Year for the second year in a row.

I also picked up Best Performing New Home Advisor – West, Most Contracts Signed by a Display Team Member with 60 contracts, and joined the $25m High Rollers Club.

When I first started in this industry, I genuinely wasn’t sure how successful I’d be. There was so much to learn and I remember looking at some of the people around me and thinking the level they were operating at was a long way from where I was.

Those same people ended up being a huge part of helping me get here.

I’ve been really fortunate to have some great mentors, managers and teammates at Metricon who have always been willing to share their knowledge, answer my questions and back me. Just as importantly, I’m incredibly grateful to my family for their support through all the late nights on the computer, phone calls and extra hours that come with the job. I definitely couldn’t have achieved this without the support I’ve had both at work and at home.

It’s been an interesting 12 months with plenty of challenges outside of our control, so to go back-to-back means a lot.

Really grateful to everyone who has helped me along the way, and especially to all of my clients who trusted me with their new homes.

Very humbled and very proud.
