Two years of actively selling in the Whitsundays and over $14.4 million in property sold! 🏡🤍

Not a bad little milestone to look back on! 🥂

From first homes and investment properties to new beginnings and everything in between, it’s been a pretty incredible couple of years.

Some sales I’ve had the pleasure of handling myself, others have been alongside some fantastic local agents — because I’ve always believed good real estate is about working together, not just competing.

RBA CASH RATE UPDATE | 4.60%

Knowing your current position doesn’t mean you have to be selling.
Sometimes it’s simply good information to have.

Selling a property isn’t about ticking every marketing box — it’s about choosing the right ones. 🏡

Different homes attract different buyers, which means the same marketing package doesn’t necessarily make sense for every property.

Before I’m appointed, I prefer to sit down with my sellers and work through the options together — what’s worth investing in, what probably isn’t, and where we’re most likely to reach the right buyers.

A considered campaign doesn’t have to be the most expensive one. It just needs to make sense for your property, your market and your goals.
