From the 1st October, agents will be required by law to disclose the vendors reserve price ONE WEEK BEFORE THE AUCTION DATE.

I can see the reasons behind the government’s decision but it kinda defeats the purpose of an auction 🤔

This will be an industry changing date and interesting to watch as an agent / spectator.
