Well, this time last year we set out on our lap around OZ and 12 month gap year, it’s been a trip of a lifetime and having a 12 month break has helped rejuvenate us both. After a few months at home doing jobs that have built up after 15 years on the farm we now have a clean slate ready for 2026. Enjoy the new year and hope you all find some space to look after yourself.

Goodbye NSW and now homeward bound after 245 days on the road travelling OZ with my amazing wife Tash.

It’s been an awesome trip with no major issues at all and still happily married 😇.

We have meet some great people along to way and learnt so much about our communities and its history.
I cant recommend it enough.

Who’s next to take their gap year?

Last few weeks we have traveled down South Australia to mout Gambier to see the great oceqn sights, then back up north through Coonawarra wine area and then via flinders ranges to Marree where the outback really starts. Its Getting warmer and drier as we headed north.
