Conveyancing is the process of transferring ownership of a legal title of land (real estate property) from one person or entity to another. Conveyancing encompasses many dealings that require a qualified Conveyancer who will ensure that everything is completed legally and correctly. Often you will not come into contact with your conveyancer until after you have sold or agreed to purchase your property, however, we strongly recommend that you take the time to speak to us before you sign anything. This gives us the opportunity to explain to you some of the pitfalls a person may encounter and helps you with your sale or purchase. As we have combined experience of over 100 years studying and practicing real estate law our Licenced Registered Conveyancers are best suited to assist you in your transaction.
We are a long established practice in Whyalla and a member of the South Australian Institute of Conveyancers. We can assist you in all aspects of the conveyancing process, not limited to just Whyalla but anywhere in the state.
OUR STAFF
With three Registered Conveyancers, together with experienced conveyancing staff, we are always able to provide professional advice to any queries that you may have during all stages of your property transaction.
