Work-Exchange Opportunity at Wilga Farm From end of January
Biodynamic • Spray Free • Conscious Living
Are you seeking a peaceful place to reconnect with the land, learn, and contribute to something meaningful?
Wilga Farm is opening a work-exchange position for someone who feels called to live simply, work with nature, and be part of a gentle, grounded environment.
About Us
Wilga Farm is a biodynamic and spray free sanctuary where soil, plants, animals, and humans are cared for with intention. We honour the rhythms of the land and work with nature — not against it.
What We Offer
In exchange for 20 hours of farm help per week, you’ll receive:
✨ Free accommodation
✨ Fuel contribution for your stay / travel to the farm
✨ A peaceful environment surrounded by nature
This exchange is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, community, simplicity, and quiet rural living.
Even though you would be expected to be onsite each day, we are flexible if you wish to work part-time off the farm during your stay.
Tasks May Include
Animal care (chickens, cattle, etc.)
Farm maintenance & seasonal tasks
Helping with small projects around the property
Supporting the overall rhythm and wellbeing of the land
Who This Suits
Someone responsible, respectful, and reliable
Someone who loves being outdoors
A person who values organic and mindful living
Someone who appreciates a peaceful, healing environment
Individuals and those wanting a rural reset
